It took almost 5-6 weeks from screening to acceptance. There were about 5 rounds of interviews. Once you're pretty much accepted, the last step was to take a paper evaluation to identify conflicts issues.

Submitted a resume on the firm website and was called first for a phone screen, then passed on for an in-person interview. The process consisted of a meeting with the conflicts manager and a panel interview with several members of the conflicts department.
