First round is an aptitude test. Second is a phone interview. Third is a coding test with an interviewer. Fourth is a take-home coding test. Fifth is reviewing your take-home coding test results with interviewers.

Applied online, was invited to do a 30 minute logic test within a week. Test was 16 questions; 1/2 were SAT Math -type questions and the rest dealt with Raven's Progressive Matricies. Having never seen that type of problem before, I bombed it and was told they were not moving forward with my application the next day. The process was pretty streamlined, but the assessment could have been more relevant to the role.
