Non existent. The CFO, who is the brother of the CEO, told me and 3 other people who used to be my coworkers that he missed our interviews because of a funeral. Our interviews were 3 weeks apart. When one of us finally did meet with him he was on his phone the entire time scrolling through Twitter. The role was totally undefined and you could tell he just did not care in the slightest. Extreme nepo baby vibes as he very clearly hasn't worked a hard day in his life.
