3 interviews over 6 weeks. 1st interview was HR, 2nd was IT Team, 3rd was management.
Everyone was very friendly and overall the interview process was not stressful, which I appreciated. Pretty cool company too and they were nice enough to show me around.
Not a lot of technical questions though. A lot of generic questions you could get asked in any interview, even during the second interview, which is traditionally when you get grilled to find out your technical expertise. No formal written tests either.
I will say that getting a generic "we chose a candidate more qualified for the role" email was a bit frustrating. I feel I was more than qualified for the role, and I'm not sure how they could really know someone else was more qualified with the little technical questions they asked. No response when I asked for advice in my next interview.
Overall though I've had far worse interview experiences and it seems like a decent place to work.
