I followed a slightly different interview process, since I participated in a Case Study Challenge, but the whole process for me was very straightforward: psychometric test followed by case interview with one or two consultants. Very friendly and collaborative atmosphere, the interviewers did a great job at making me feel comfortable, which also gave me a bit of insight into the day to day life within the firm

Initial screening by HR.
Assessment (math reading etc.) followed by 3 case interviews. Cases with progressively more senior staff as you pass each.
Very standard process for a consulting firm.

Entretien
Not impressed with the human resources team. They are very robotic and impersonal. The interview was scheduled for 1.5 months later and there was no communication or onboarding call to explain the expectations. I was doing MBB and Big 4 interviews at the same time, this stood out as the worst energy.
