4 steps interview: 1 hr general introduction, CV, personal screening and general culture test, 2 x 1.5hr interviews with senior consultants discussing business / logic cases and guesstimates, time for questions and to discuss personal development and employees background , final motivation discussion interview

Initial screening by HR.
Assessment (math reading etc.) followed by 3 case interviews. Cases with progressively more senior staff as you pass each.
Very standard process for a consulting firm.

Not impressed with the human resources team. They are very robotic and impersonal. The interview was scheduled for 1.5 months later and there was no communication or onboarding call to explain the expectations. I was doing MBB and Big 4 interviews at the same time, this stood out as the worst energy.

Entretien difficile en 3 étapes. Premier avec une équipe ayant observé une attitude très positive . Deuxième entretien moins avenante ayant axé l’entretien sur une étude de cas assez complexe.Et un troisième que j’avais cru concluant mais qui , visiblement, ne l’a pas été
