Lengthy, with 3 stages. Call with someone from the talent team, the lead of the area and then 4 members of the team in the final stage spanning 2 hours. Despite this, throughout the process I felt supported and had good contact with the internal recruiter who prepped me well for some of the topics which would be covered. Unfortunately, after the interview the process falls down and I had minimal contact and had to chase a number of times for the outcome. I totally appreciate that this can take a while, but I would have appreciated some check ins along the way.
