Easy interview. Recruiter reached out to schedule a phone screen. He shared some background on Roku and the role. Had another interview with the hiring manager. The manager was nice and straight to the point with questions about my work experience and other behavioral questions. Went a week after the interview with no updates so I followed up with the recruiter. Followed up again the next week, no response. Not very professional for the HR team to ghost me after the interview and never share any updates. Overall, not a great process and I hope they can be more transparent with their candidates in the future.
