I applied online, got an automated reply that I will be sent an apptitude test in the next 3 days. I was not sent an apptitude test. I received instead a HackerRank test.
I finished the test the next day, the test takes 2 hours over 4 questions. I got the first 3 questions 100% and last one was about 50% and didn't have time to finish. Which I consider a good result.
After that I never heard from them. I sent them an email and they never replied.
At least if you ask someone to dedicate 2 hours of their time on a test, you should have the decency to give feedback, or even update them with the status. I found it insulting to ask for 2 hours of my time, then never contact me afterwards!

4 rounds, 1st is an online assessment, 2nd is an interview with HR, 3rd is take home assessment, 4th is a 2 round interview, one interview is with CEO, another is technical interview with team lead

Entretien
The interview was around 1.5 hours with 2 rounds. First round was with CEO which lasts for 30 minutes, merely behavioural questions. Second round was technical interview involving live coding
The behavior of the recruiter was unprofessional.
The recruiter reached out, asked for availability, and set up a time for a phone screen.
The recruiter did not attend the screen and then ghosted.
