At what point does a company get a candidate with degrees from three Ivy League schools, including Harvard Business School, and think they need to administer an SAT-style aptitude exam? They wouldn't even allow a cheap, entry-level recruiter talk to me for a normal screening because their SAT questions were so helpful and important. Lunacy.
They claim to hire the best, but they're clearly lacking in common sense.
All, if they get this talent showing up on their door, and they refuse to open the door to even talk, that tells you all you need to know about the quality of company decision-making.
