Entretien
I was reached with recruiters from a staffing firm. I was invited for a Coding test on HTML/CSS . The test was 30 mins and included 30 question. Easy but Tricky questions, so please brush up your HTML/CSS knowledges and syntax. After that, I was invited for Skype Interview with the Operation Team lead I believe. The interview was pretty based on behavioural questions more than the technical one. They focused more on Why you want to purse such role and how you see your future in it. The interviewer was pretty cool and did not gave much facial expression which sometimes might confused our morale during the interview. I received the email from the recruiter that reached me out with offer after 2 weeks with rejection. Gutted that couldn't make it but that's life.

Entretien
Had to go through quite a few interviews. First was a face-to-face, subsequent video calls, a test on skills and lastly an interview with the CEO. Quite tedious process but arrangement of the interviews are organized via email.
