After about one week after submitting my cv, the hr department reach me through phone number. They short interviewed me on the phone (both English and Vietnamese) with some basic questions. Then they told me to join the first round on zoom with HR leader. The second and the third round is at the factory. The second is with prod manager and HR chief (both languages). The final one is said to be with Japanese boss using 100% English.
