I applied with a paper app. A couple of days (maybe one day?) later, I came in and the manager sat us down in the lobby. He just asked when I could start working and I was basically hired when I left. I think he may have been low on workers. It was kind of informal.

I learned about the job from someone who currently worked at the Rodeway Inn. I completed my application and took it to them for employment consideration. I spoke with the assistant manager first. The hotel was under new ownership and was being remodeled. I spoke then spoke with the manager. I received a call to let me know I was hired.
