Recruiter (hiring manager?) reached out to me on LinkedIn. First interview went well, was told verbally I'd gotten to second round. Second round took forever to get scheduled, it finally happened, and then weeks of silence go by. I follow up with interviewer #1 and 2, and nothing. Then, more than three weeks later, I'm told I didn't get it. Just not sure why they'd go out of their way to recruit me just to treat me like trash after interviewing.
