I went through about four rounds of interviews, and everything seemed to be going great. The recruiter informed me that I had passed the interviews, and I was asked to complete a medical assessment and background check, which took over a month. The recruiter then told me everything was in order and I was selected for the role and that we were just waiting for budget approval. I was asked to wait a month due to financial planning, which I trusted. However, after that month, they asked me to wait another month, and then yet another. Finally, they informed me that there was no guarantee I would be hired. This has been a really disappointing experience, especially for a company of their size. The worst experience I ever had.
