Interviewed with HR 30 minutes fully about my background. I was informed I was a right fit candidate through my professional and industry experience, and asked me to prepare a letter for the hiring manager. HR advised I would expect an interview the following week. I was then ghosted. I sent a follow up at the end of the following week and another a couple of weeks after, both polite and professional about how excited I was on the opportunity and looking forward to the next steps. I never heard anything back and now several weeks after the interview I received at midnight an automated message that they hired someone else for the role. If I'm not moving forward in the interview process that's perfectly fine but the lack of communication and waste of a candidate's time and efforts is not consistent with a professional organization as I've thought Rockwell Automation would be. I hesitate to write this review because I'm very interested in working with them but this process was a disappointment.
