The recruiters were very helpful and contacted me to get more information. They asked a lot of information about me, but I wish that they would have given a little bit more about the position I was applying for, such as salary and benefits information or packages for the job. I had a total of 5 interviews for the job. From 2 recruiters by phone, then a co-worker by phone, to the supervisor by phone, and finally the on-site interview with the supervisor, leadership team, and tour of the plant. Overall, I was appalled with the communication issues, especially with the supervisor (for an HR job no less). The supervisor completely blew me off for my phone interview and I had to call all over the place before actually getting her two days later. The on-site interview seemed very genuine: met with the leadership team, then with the supervisor, then went on a full tour of the plant. Afterward, I heard nothing and am going on many weeks without hearing a word from anyone (ever a rejection or a comment about the process) after contacting the company. Worries for me if I actually moved farther in the process: 1. the reason and purpose for so many interviews, 2. the communication at Rockwell, 3. the communication and purpose that the HR department is actually serving, and 4. the image that this type of interview process projects to the future at Rockwell.
