Got the interview via a headhunter. It consisted of two rounds. Pretty straightforward. Technical questions by a panel of senior members. The offer came back pretty soon.

My experience may not help here. I was a service engineer work for another company overseas. The company I worked for got merged into Rockwell Automation. I was transferred from oversea facility to Rockwell Automation Canada. That said, my interview process may not help you guys here.

Two phone interviews and then an onsite if selected after that. Interviews were around a week in between. They were very nice in their interview and the questions were pretty straight forward like I had imagined.
