Since I was hired internally, the interview process was quick and pain free. A few half hour interviews with the manager and the members of the team. Since most people already knew me the questions were more related to what my future plans were.

Was significantly less pressure. Was never asked to show up for an interview. Instead was asked to show up for a plant tour and meet and greet with a few of the employees. As a person who gets nervous in interviews it was extremely helpful when asking questions. It was more like a conversation than a formal interview. The manager at that time was Jason Mikulski and he was great at his role of Production and Inventory Control manager. Kept everything professional yet comfortable.
