Received email from recruiter asking to set up a phone screen. Was given a link to add availability for the phone screen. Its been several weeks now and I still haven't heard back. I tried contacting the recruiter again but no response. I don't understand the point of contacting a candidate just to ghost them before an interview even takes place, it just wastes both of our time. Very unprofessional, I don't think I can take this company seriously anymore.

Normal interview process: 1. General interview with recruiter 2. Interview with director 3. Interview with security analyst and engineer 4. Final wrap up with recruiter that ended up informing me I was a positive match
