Applied for the above position and received and email from a certain Dips Alam for interview via Webex. It was supposed to be an initial call which lasted less than 20 mins and the lady told me about the company, the position and also asked about my experience and promised to get back to me that same week. I literally had to chase her for feedback 3 weeks after the interview, I sent series of emails but got no response until yesterday when she sent me the generic “we won’t be moving forward with your application” of course I had to reply her back registering my dissatisfaction with the way she had handled the application process, she even tried to justify why she never bothered replying my emails. To say I was disappointed in her would be an understatement, she really does not know her job.
