I went through 3 round of interviews and completed a small project. My last interview went well, and I was expecting to be invited for the team interview. I followed up after not hearing anything for a couple weeks and after a week of no response, was told that they were evaluating the role and they would get back to me. It's been two months since my last interview and I have not heard back since that response. I assume I'm no longer in the running, but who knows? I was disappointed in the lack of communication from them. They are transparent about having a long interview process, but that doesn't excuse a lack of communication. I invested hours of my time researching the company, preparing for interviews, doing 3 interviews, and doing a test project. The least they could do is send a status update, or a 'your application is no longer under consideration.' I expected more from a small business that places so much emphasis on company culture.
