I was referred from a friend and then received a phone call from Alexis(recruiter) to discuss availability and what I am looking for. I originally applied for a CCS position and then after speaking with me she suggested I look into Mortgage Banker. Which I am so glad I did! I was sent an assessment, which was pretty much a pre-qualifying test. Once I completed she called me and let me know I did so well I did not have to do a phone interview, just an in person one! I had the in person interview and it was so awesome. They had me shadow a banker for 30 minutes and then meet one on one with Alexis for about 40 minutes. Shadowing the banker made me even more excited for the job and then even more excited for my interview. I feel like the interview was more of a personality test than anything. The entire process has been very pleasant for me, I am VERY excited to start the position.

Very fluent and smooth. Directions were very straightforward and to the point. Quick contact and very friendly. Kept you up to date with job status. Contacted you regardless of if you were receiving an offer for employment or not.
