J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Rocket (Detroit, MI) en juin 2016
Entretien
After applying online and meeting with a Quicken recruiter at a campus job fair, my initial interview was with over the phone with a recruiter. She asked basic behavioral questions and it lasted no longer than 10 minutes. She informed me over the phone that I would be moving on to the next interview. Next I was forwarded to another recruiter who asked me the same questions, and also asked for me to send over writing samples/portfolio, which I did. After that, I was asked to come to their Detroit office where I interviewed with the team leader of the team I applied for. During the interview I was also asked to take a writing test. A week later I was called and offered the position. Make sure to read up on the company and know specifics before applying! They are very 'quick' in getting the process moving, and don't seem to waste time with people that aren't familiar with the information provided on their career website. Also, this was my second time applying, so never be afraid to reapply or reach out to a recruiter!

Great interview. She asked questions relating to public relations, and my work in the field. No writing sample was asked, I assume it will be forthcoming in the face to face interview.

There were three steps to the interview process. Two phone interviews and then an in person interview in Detroit. The first interview was short with basic questions. The second was about 20-25 minutes with more detailed questions about your work history and why you are interested. The final interview is in person with the team you are potentially working for. For me it was a group interview with three team members, but I believe this varies depending on the team.
