Roblox reached out to me to discuss the position. From the very beginning Chantal was responsive to my emails. I often had replies within minutes. My current position has an irregular schedule due to travel. Chantal was willing to work with me on timing for my interviews and her quick follow-ups allowed me to know what to expect. Although I was not selected for the position I was interviewing for, I have an even greater respect for Roblox than I started with. Their commitment to bettering their community and to education was apparent during each phase of the application process. I appreciate Roblox's respectful handling of the process and would be happy to work with them in the future.
