Entretien
Interview consisted of phone screening going over basic background and job experience.
Second interview with manager going over behavior questions that STAR method is good for.
Third Interview with higher manager going over same type of questions.

Q: How do you manage your time effectively and make sure you stay efficient throughout your whole shift?
Applied online, received a quick call from the recruiter within a week, and had the next round of interviews within days. Had some of the standard questions, but felt like a normal conversation overall.
I got an initial phone screening and then did another interview with a couple of managers. A few days after the interview, I received a follow-up email based on their decision. Overall, it was pretty good experience.

It was a very easy process. A recruiter contacted me then I had 2 interviews with managers. They asked pretty standard interview questions about myself and past experience. Nothing hard or out of the ordinary.
