After sending my resume in I received an email almost immediately from HR putting me in touch with a recruiter. Two days later my first phone interview, the recruiter was very friendly, said I met qualifications and the next step would be an in person but they would have to fly out a sales manager for interviews. After two weeks I contacted and found I was no longer on the list.
