3 interviews: - Phone screening - Interview at the office with an HR person and the team manager - Online interview with head of HR in Portugal and German department Stakeholder Feedback from interviews on each step can take up to 2 weeks, which means that the entire process of waiting for feedback can take at least 1 and half months to 2 months. I've done the final interview (3rd) - was told I would get feedback in 5 days and got no feedback from the company (1 month after now), I also sent a couple of emails asking for feedback / updates and didn't even get an answer from those or any feedback. For this reason, I would not recommend anyone joining the company.
