A recruiter reached out to have a short screening call via email. However, just before the scheduled call, the recruiter changed the schedule without any notice, which I found unprofessional. During the call, the recruiter asked some questions to screen, but I felt the recruiter was not really motivated or attentive to my answers. Upon agreement, I was expecting to receive feedback, not just a rejection notification.
