Bosch in East Asia. I applied through their "1-day offer" event. Hence the name, it took only 1 day for the whole process. The interview consisted of 3 rounds: Technical, Project Manager and HR, you go home at any fail round.
The interview was surprisingly comfort: At the first round, they would ask basic things about your expertise. In the second round, they would ask about your experience and your projects. And the final round is just for you to get to know them. Very good environment, salary is slightly above the average of the industry and non-negotiable.
Contacted by HR, got reply very quick after the first interview. Followed by a discussion with technical owners and managers. It was a very friendly discussion. The I waited for a few weeks to get the offer. Overall it was a nice, well prepared interview, it worths the time even if you do not get an offer.
