Two Interviews; felt like they forgot to reach out after the first interview, as they only offered the second one after I emailed them asking about the hiring process. First interview was okay and not anything special in terms of experience, but second one was much more open and felt like a normal conversation.

I had a phone interview with my soon to be department supervisor. Very simple questions were asked. He essentially just went over my resume and asked a few background questions.
