1. 2 Rounds of telephonic interviews by Department Head First round about over all experience, projects and about current package. About my package He commented that I am overpaid, I don't know any interviewer say like that. As Dept. Head should have some professional ethics, should know how talk with to candidate. It was interview not a fish market to talk like that. It took around 30 min. Second telephonic round was about detailed role n responsibilities handled. His expectations. It took around 1hr. Miscommunication from HR about next round of interview, later shorted out by Sr.HR mngr. 3 Rounds of Face to Face Technical interviews It was more about current project and design pattern. Future scope of HMI development n feature. Android development experience and some design questions. It took around 4hrs. 15 min Discussion with Dept head. Discussed about why job change. As per me everything went well except interaction with Dept.head. The attitude was not right., I dont it was my prob or his. God knows 😉
