I had 1 phone interview with the current EA, then 2 skype interviews with the VP and another colleague before my in person interview at the location. During my interview it was pretty relaxed. I was brought in by HR to a conference room. The interview started with the VP himself, then a colleague from the department asked me some questions and the VP came back in and took me to HR. While I was in HR, they also asked me questions and were more uptight than the VP and department colleague.
