The process consist of 2 sessions mainly,the technical round and the HR round. The qualification of an employee to the HR is strictly dependent on whether they clear their technical interview. The technical interview mainly dealt with question session on the basics of your respective discipline. The projects that you might have contributed to in your degree would play a major role in the selection criterion. A brush up through the basic concepts of your discipline would go handy at the time of interview.

I attended the interview through my college compus for mobility software developer. First round is MCQ and coding questions(c,c++) . I would say it was quite difficult. I managed to solve 1 coding question fully and another half way. Second round is Technical interview, this depends whole on the interviewer. Some interviewers may check your basic fundamentals and others may ask difficult questions.Like i said, it depends on the person interviewing you. Once it is done, HR round is not to be feared.
