Did an online application and, around one and a half months later, received a phone call regarding the undergraduate and graduate recruitment night. The people at the company did presentations about themselves and the company. Then we went into groups and did a group presentation. I do not remember exactly, but the group project was about a structural project where we discussed a range of topics, such as what materials we would use for the structural components of a building, a certain defect was found and what would be the solution, would making a hole in the center of the building for a lift be beneficial, etc. Then a few junior engineers introduced themselves and about their life and roles at the company, while students took turn to do their individual interviews.
Overall, the people at the company were nice and welcoming.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
In the 1:1 interview, I was asked basic questions about myself, such as which discipline I'm interested in, brief introduction about myself, the software skills I mentioned in my CV, etc. I know that some students were asked technical questions, while others weren't. I heard they asked the students whether they were interested in civil or structural and asked relevant technical questions according to their decisions.
I wasn't asked.

A common introduction section followed by pen and paper written assessment and individual interview based on the assessment answer. It was really interesting. The introduction section came across their passion and values as well as their major projects. It was followed by a group task by dividing into two groups. Based on that a small presentation followed by assessment and interview.
