Not professional or good feedback, in the recruitment process, not organized, needs to work more on the personal skills of the company. Advice: Prepare the company with a better recruitment process, give training. First they called me and told me that I was going to be hired. Then, I had a video interview and never called me back. I emailed and called, but there was no answer. That’s how my interview process ended.
