Applied online and was reached out for an interview by email. Had to sign a few forms before the interview. Interviewer was nice and asked proper questions. She also worked in procurement. Early in the intervirw, I explained that I was not american nor had a Green card but did have authorizarion to work in the US. She said that this would not be a problem. As the interview went on, I had the impression that I had the experience needed and I thought she had the same impression. She even mentioned my experience was what they were looking for. At the end of the interview, she also said she would definitely call back for another interview with a different manager and explained the following steps (interview with additional manager > interview with team). Next day I received an e-mail saying they were not moving forward with me. Had the impression it was because I wasnt american or had a Green card.
