First a video interview with the director. Then a panel interview that takes 3 hours total. One interviewee changed our interview time 1 hr before our call. Then seemed upset that I wasn't able to make the interview. They then didn't let me know they weren't moving forward for a month (I had to reach out to ask for feedback). I was really excited about the role but seems like they aren't the best managed TA team.
