Applied Online - Only to get rejected every time despite meeting ALL the skills posted on the JD. I applied like 10 + positions at multiple locations The recruiter reached out for an immigration assessment (Only once) and I mentioned that I need a visa sponsorship, I got ghosted since then (for ALL my job applications - I mean just a automated rejection email). Stop pretending that you support Diversity and Inclusion- This is a joke. You already have a diverse team so now you just pick and choose which background of people you need to fill in for a specific quota. Consider people who have genuine talent and be respectful of the candidates who take time to apply for the position - People don't come to your website and apply for positions just to waste time.
Recruiters need to know the technical aspects of a job and how people with different industry backgrounds fit in for their role - Not just a computerized "scoring" for a match%

1st was hr screening - then had a 30-minute manager call discussing job role and technical screening- There was panel interview with 4 people for 2-3 hours and after a week offer was sent.

It was a (5) panel interview. One individual was on zoom. (5) total interviewers at one time. Each asking individual questions that aligned with their role in the organization. The interview was around 45 minutes. The interview team stayed together for an additional 30 minutes for consensus afterwards.

Phone screening followed by hiring manager interview, then a panel interview with 4 different people. The process took about 4 weeks. The whole process was smooth and good followup from the recuireter.
