They def have a specific type they are looking for and almost want you to suck up to them and tell them why you want to work there. Questions were average and Guage your process. You could be the most processed oriented person and still not get the job.

Interview process was way too extensive - multiple rounds and ending with a panel interview with 4 different people. I am confident they could've determined whether or not an individual was a fit with 3 rounds - one technical, one cultural, and one intro. The panel is over the top and honestly I felt like such a waste of my time and theirs. And at the end of the day - the place is a revolving door so they still don't know what they're looking for even through making people jump through ALL of the hoops.
