First interview was with HR recruiter. It lasted about 30 minutes. I was scheduled for an in person interview. Was told I should hear of a decision in 2 weeks but first HR contact was out of office. Then the hiring manager was out of office. After no response for 3 weeks I saw the job posted on another job site. Shortly after received a standard email but it's the same email you get when they review your application but don't consider you for the job.
