Entretien
It was meant to be a 3 part process. First on a Skype call, second one face to face where I was interviewed by Miles Redding the Sales Director, then Paul the MD/owner and then Simon the CTO, and third interview would have been a presentation.

They wanted to know about my past, my performances and what company culture meant to me. This last point was their focal point. And they seemed to be genuine about this, except they let themselves down at a later stage.
