I filled in a form with my details online after clicking Apply. There were no details on the interview process and I didn't know what to expect.
After a few minutes I received a text to click a link at myinterview app. It was going to be a one way video interview.
They want their employees to offer great customer service, care about the customer and go the extra mile for them. But, River Island treats the candidates like zero numbers with one way interviews and the worst of it is that they don't even have the courtesy to say in advance what is the interview process like.

group interview with the commercial manager, this was quite an easy interview. they want to know how you deal with scenario based questions and how confident you can deliver the service.

they give you a task on how to dress for a certain event, you pick out outfits from the shop floor, describe why you chose those specific outfits.
they look for confidence when you speak.

My interview was done online with an ai bot who asks you questions. I answered them but I don’t think the questions are the same for everyone. But I did my best and in my opinion interviews online is better than face to face.
