Easy, situational tasks, previous experience, personality questions, why River Island. Online video interview, lasted 30 minutes. Personality based questions. What can you bring to the team, what excellent customer service looks like.

Online interview, then in real life there’s an interview. The online interview determines mostly if you have the job or not. In real life you get asked normal questions that you would get in an interview. Overall not too bad.

What would I do if the queue at the till was piling up and there was only 1 team member there?
They used an video interview process where a question would show on screen and I would have two attempts to record a video to awnser which would be sent of to someone to review.

I was sent an email regarding an online interview and was given 5 days to complete it. It revolved around 6 questions talking about yourself, your thoughts of the company and availabilities.
