I handed my CV in person in the shop. I was phone some days later to arrange an interview for next Saturday (one week later). It was a group interview, we were girls and two boys. Easy interview, the manager spent a lot of time speaking about him so we could feel more comfortable. He said he wanted our personalities to come out. We were introducing ourselves and then doing a short role play in which one person was the sales assistant and the other the customer. After that, we had to fill in a paper with contact details, availability, personal details... That was everything! They said the would contact us with a call to say if we had got the job or not, but I havent been contacted.

Group interview of around 15. First task was saying your name a bit about you out loud, just general information it seems like name age what you do. Then the second task was writing down good customer service and bad customer service in your little group and reading it out to the group. During this, they are checking to see what you say, but try not to talk over anyone but definitely stand out. The second task was getting clothes from the shop floor presenting your outfit and explaining your choice. I don’t believe they cared too much about your previous experience but rather your personality.
