After seeing some pretty bad reviews of the company online, I rather nervously went ahead anyway in hope that they were just from disgruntled employees. I haven't yet been offered a role, but can safely say from the review process, I am really pleased to see they are a greatly supportive and ambitious company, who seem to look after their staff. I actually got in touch with a friend of a friend who works for them, and they've made many improvements and management changes since the glassdoor reviews were published. I was sorry to see bad reviews, but I hope to publish my positive ones if I am successful in achieving the post I have applied for.
