it was a school job fair, the whole Marroitt company came to our school, and I choose to interviewed with the Ritz-Carlton, it was a very short interview, job asked me couple questions, like do you have the working experiences, introduced about yourself, only one round interview, and the HR people called me that night, told me I was in.
Good interview. More about yourself and won’t wait long till the result of your interview .. Go well prepared and take it casually and calm. Maybe will have hands on demo etc

They assess your personal qualities and communication skills through out the whole interview process. They also ask scenario based-questions to see how you'll react on certain situations. Just be yourself.
