First interview was with the hiring manager. She was 10 min late. I was asked to introduce myself, after that the interviewer explained in details what the job is about. Second interview was with the director. He was 15 minutes late and didn’t seem very interested in me at all. He asked simple questions and judged overall personality and behavior and if you are a good fit for this position. Interview lasted only half an hour. A few days later recruiter called me to inform that it was decided not to proceed with me and gave me the interviewers’ feedback which was quite fair. Overall very good experience, the only thing I didn’t like is that both interviewers made me wait for extra 15 min in the lobby.
