I applied for the position of supervisor and went through the process of telephone interviews, Teams interview, a substantial amount of time spent visiting a Rituals store and doing research plus thinking of questions to ask. I was extremely disappointed to only receive the email attached 2 weeks after my teams interview. On receiving the email I reached out immediately to request feedback. I thought that was a reasonable request after the time spent. When I didn’t receive a response I used LinkedIn to message Rituals, but once again there was no contact. The application service was extremely unprofessional, not least that the interviewer was late to both but the cold standard email with no response is unacceptable in my opinion. Please value the time your candidates put into the process
