I was a rehire, who hadn't worked there for nearly 30 years, but I got to skip certain requirements like the drug test. Fairly painless process. I did have to answer a few of those annoying behavioral questions, for which I was prepared. The store managers are VERY concerned about loss prevention. I believe that my "I just hate a thief!" statement helped me land the job.
